Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Fullsay (the “Service”), operated by Fullsay. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Fullsay.
2. The Service
Fullsay provides language-learning content and practice tools, including curated sentence modules, practice and exam modes, and related progress features. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and free content
Some modules are free. Paid access (Fullsay Pass) may unlock additional modules and future languages under the same subscription. Fees, billing intervals, and cancellation are shown at checkout and in your billing portal. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Fullsay for personal learning. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute curriculum content at scale; attempt to bypass paywalls or security; abuse the Service; or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content
Personal notes and profile details you save remain yours. You grant Fullsay a limited license to store and process them only to operate the Service for you. Curriculum sentences and translations belong to Fullsay or its licensors.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” Learning outcomes vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fullsay disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fullsay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
